Truck Load Board for Carriers & Dispatchers

Find freight, post truck availability and manage awarded loads with Logistware. Our Canadian load board connects carrier teams with shipments across Canada, the United States and Canada–U.S. lanes, with bidding, live chat, tracking and freight documents in one place.

Find freight that fits your truck.

Start with your truck’s location, available equipment and next pickup window. Review shipment details against the lanes you run, then decide which opportunities are worth a bid.

Logistware supports freight search and truck-availability posting. For a step-by-step load-selection guide, see how to find truck loads in Canada.

Review the complete lane

Compare the origin, destination, pickup time and delivery requirements with your truck’s schedule. Include the empty distance to pickup and where your equipment will finish.

For cross-border freight, confirm the shipment instructions and border arrangements with the parties handling the move.

Match the equipment to the load

Check weight, dimensions, commodity, temperature needs and loading requirements before offering your truck. A suitable route still needs the right equipment.

Review guidance for dry van loads, reefer loads and flatbed loads.

Submit and manage your bids

Send an offer for freight that fits your operation. Shippers and freight brokers can accept, reject or counter your bid, so you can follow the response before committing capacity.

Confirm the currency, transportation scope, appointments and any additional charges before agreeing to the shipment.

Stay connected from pickup to delivery.

After a load is awarded, your team still needs clear instructions and shipment updates. Keep those conversations and active-load visibility connected to the freight you are moving.

Dispatchers can coordinate the next action while drivers stay connected to their assigned shipments.

Real-time shipment tracking

Follow active freight from pickup through delivery and keep shipment progress available to the people coordinating the load.

Tracking depends on it being enabled, with location permissions and connectivity available. Confirm those settings when preparing the driver for an awarded shipment.

Live chat for shipment questions

Discuss a bid, clarify a pickup reference or confirm receiving instructions through load-related chat. Keep the conversation close to the shipment details.

When timing or instructions change, use the conversation to coordinate with the people responsible for the move.

Bring your people and paperwork together.

Awarded freight connects dispatch, drivers and shipment records. Logistware gives carrier teams tools to coordinate that work through the same load board they use to find freight.

Keep responsibilities clear, attach the right documents and review the business details before taking a load.

Coordinate dispatchers and drivers

Add your carrier team and assign awarded loads to drivers. Keep dispatch activity, assigned freight and shipment communication connected as the work progresses.

Keep BOLs and PODs with the shipment

Upload bills of lading, proof of delivery and shipment photos from a phone. Share the files with the relevant freight participants so delivery paperwork stays with the correct load.

Manual review before account approval

Logistware reviews submitted profiles and requested authority, insurance or compliance documents as applicable. Carrier access follows an approval decision rather than registration alone.

Your team makes the freight decision.

Use shipment details, conversations and documents to evaluate each opportunity. Confirm the business you are working with, the agreed rate and the service requirements before accepting freight. Profile review supports informed decisions; it does not guarantee payment or shipment performance.

Get your carrier team ready.

Create your company profile, complete the requested information and prepare your team to use the load board after approval.

Once approved, sign in to review freight, post truck availability and coordinate your awarded shipments.

Connect through the mobile app

Use Logistware on iPhone, iPad or Android to stay close to shipment communication and delivery documents while away from the office.

Drivers can use their phones to upload shipment photos, BOLs and PODs for assigned freight.
